Arnold is a Partner in the corporate and projects team at Engoru Mutebi Advocates. He has previously worked at an international law firm in the United Kingdom. Arnold is a UK trained lawyer having obtained a Bachelors of Laws Degree (LLB) (Hons) from the University of Hull, United Kingdom, and a Masters of Law (International Economic Law) from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. He is also qualified to practice law in Uganda and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in legal practice from the Law Development Centre.
He practices in the projects and infrastructure department where has handles the full range of mandates including energy, PPP’s, regulatory and compliance, environmental, capital markets, licensing regimes, project financing amongst others. He has also developed expertise in Competition law and is regularly consulted by clients on the same.
